SOTA Spotlight: Megan Peeples
Megan Peeples is currently a senior studying Applied Physiology and Kinesiology (APK) with a minor in Disabilities in Society in hopes to become an occupational therapist. It is a rewarding field where she can interact and learn from patients everyday. SOTA has offered her the chance to confirm her passion and be involved within the community. In addition, she has a love for Best Buddies and is on their committee. Having the chance to build lasting friendships and promoting awareness is what continues to motivate her everyday. Also, staying active is important for advocates of the health field, and UF’s Stomp the Swamp Tap Club is one way she continues to do what she loves. She can’t wait for what the future holds and hopes everyone has a great rest of the semester!
